Insured?
Your rapid antigen test can we billed to your insurance provider for payment. There is no out of pocket cost to you. This information is based upon current information as of 3/22/22. If this information should change, we will update this site.
ID Requirements
You do not need a Social Security Number or government ID to receive free COVID-19 services. You will still be tested for COVID-19 if you are not able to provide a Social Security Number or government ID.

Everyone is eligible for COVID-19 services, no matter their immigration status. Testing, treatment or vaccinations paid for by the federal government will not affect anyone’s immigration status or be shared with immigration agencies.
